The Account Management Portal. or AMP, is an internal tool for representatives to service individual accounts for this Health and Wellness SaaS solution. This project was designed for Johnson & Johnson using Axure software creating a fully interactive prototype to communicate the solution to business stakeholders and customer service representatives alike.

In working closely with the end users (customer service representatives) we created a solution which allowed for a variety of methods to query the customer information.  We also developed a single page application approach with an opening and closing of the information on screen.  This offered the end user a “seemless” experience and reduced the number of calls to the database, thus improving system performance time.
